You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Sellers must accurately describe their products and fulfill orders promptly. Buyers must pay for items they purchase. Both parties must communicate respectfully and resolve disputes in good faith.
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. Sellers receive payment within 1-2 business days after delivery confirmation.
You may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, or hazardous materials. Fraudulent activity, harassment, and any violation of applicable laws will result in account termination.
TrolliE is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us.
